A spatial representation (points) of the last 7 days of all NASA's Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS) hotspots within 30km of the Saskatchewan border. The Active Fire Mapping Program (AFM) is an operational, satellite-based fire detection and monitoring program managed by the United States Department of Agriculture Forest Service Geospatial Technology and Applications Center. The AFM program provides near real-time detection and characterization of wildland fire conditions in a geospatial context. Resolution is approximately 375m. Updated hourly. |
